It's rapidly approaching 80 degrees outside and I'm sitting in an office. Something is wrong with this picture. I cannot wait to get home and hit the pavement and put in some miles. I took a few days off from running to do a little recovery work and make sure my legs stay strong to support the miles and avoid injury. This got me thinking that we haven't done a workout in the series that is indoor/outdoor applicable. Thus, today we've put together a workout that you can do either in the gym or in the middle of the street like I am in these photos. I like to add these in for the days where I've completed a run and don't feel like hopping in the car to head to the gym or when I just want to stay outside and soak up some sun. This workout does not require any added weights or equipment; simply you and your body getting stronger together. Check out the work out below!
