3 of My Favorite Meal Preps

Good morning y'all! Happy Monday! This week marks another Advocare cleanse for me, and I could not be more happy that this week has come. I can always tell when the time to cleanse is approaching as I have a harder time getting out of bed in the morning, am more tired throughout the day, and have to really push myself to meal prep and get to the gym. I've talked about my Advocare journey in a couple different ways herehere, and here. For me, this journey has been incredibly life changing and allowed me to live my healthiest life. Today I want to share three of my favorite meal prep recipes that are easy, healthy, and will last throughout the week. I've actually written about each of these individually at some point over the past year so I'll link the original recipes if you see one you like and would like to try!

1. Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies- I love any meal prep that involves a sheet pan because it is LITERALLY the easiest meal prep in the world. All you have to do is choose a protein and veggies that you prefer, scatter them across a sheet pan, season them, and toss them in the oven. Bam! You're meal is prepped. I look for these types of meals on social media because they never fail me. I actually just made this one last night and it made 4 meals on one pan. Dinner this week- done!

2. Turkey & Sweet Potato Chili- this another one of my favorites because, again, it's incredibly easy. Anything involving a crock pot will always make my list. I especially liked the addition of a sweet potato to this recipe because it added something fun and different to your normal, run of the mill chili recipes.

3. Turkey Meatballs- OH MY GOSH! MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! I could eat these meatballs once a week and not feel bad about it at all. They are so delicious and cut out some of the not so great things for you like bread crumbs and ground beef and substitute in rolled oats, ground turkey, and veggies for an all around amazing entree. I usually add in brussel sprouts and a sweet potato as my veggie and carb. I'm regretting not making this for this week just talking about it!

If you're looking for a couple of great recipes to make week night dinners easier and more planned out I highly recommend these three. One of the best parts about them is that you can make substitutions with the add on veggies and proteins to meet your personal preferences! A win for everyone if you ask me!
