Whatchu Snackin' On?


One of the hardest parts of the Advocate 10 Day Cleanse System is cutting out the snacks I love, but that don't always love me back. It's so easy to grab pretzels, popcorn, or a cookie for snack and keep going without even thinking twice about it. My favorite part of completing the cleanse is really planning what I'm going to eat and trying things I normally don't eat or forgot that I liked.

Today I've listed my Top 3 favorite snack combinations: an apple with rice cakes, a banana with cashews, and carrots with turkey breast from the deli. These are my favorites because I'm getting the to eat things I love and need in order to get the nutrients I need. It's taken practice to find healthy and yummy snack combinations; not everything is going to pair well together. However, when I find the combos I like I stick to them!
