Molly's New Workout Plan

I exercise 3-4, sometimes 5 times per week. If you ask someone where I am, 1 of about 4 answers will always be the gym. Some of you are probably thinking oh my gosh, no. For me, the gym is very relaxing and allows me to decompress and be in my own little world. I do some of the my best brainstorming when I'm mindlessly running on the treadmill with music blasting in my ears. The music I listen to helps to keep me motivated, but also allows me to completely shut out any distractions or stresses I may dealing and just completely release them. 

Today, I wanted to share what is on my current workout playlist, naturally entitled Work Harder:

If you know me really well, you were not surprised by my selections as you went down the list. I have a slightly different taste in music that many people would probably expect. I love case that wasn't clear to anyone. We're good on that now? Okay, great!

The earlier part of this decade was probably one of the best years hip-hop in my very humble opinion. That might be because I was in college during that time frame, and  a lot of those songs bring back some really funny memories. But it's fine. However, there are also some more recent tracks listed on here too. Either way this playlist always gets me through my workout from the first mile, to the second set of squats, and all the way through my last set of calf raises. Next time you catch me headed to the gym, you'll know I'm about to get all of the stress out and walk out a whole new Molly.
